When you’re wrapping up, and you’re opening it up for Q&A for your audience to ask you questions, here’s what I want you to say:

OK, we have some time for questions and then I’ll share one more thing at the end.

And this one quick thing can be a story, a quote, one more final thought.

Why? Because you set the tone of your presentation from start to finish.

We don’t want a final question or no questions and the sound of crickets to derail the end of your presentation. You set the tone from start to finish.

And that’s how you wrap up your presentations like a pro.
